ACI6.x系で採用された新Web UIを試してみる

Cisco ACI 6.1(1)からは次世代Web UIが試験的に採用されています。Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Release Notes, Release 6.1(1)には以下の記載があります。

Preview of the next generation user interface¶

This release introduces a preview of the next generation Cisco APIC user interface. With this preview, you can get an idea of upcoming development of the GUI. You cannot make any configuration changes using the new GUI.

個人的な感想¶

良い点
- 新Web UIは「Nexus Dashboardなどと同じスタイル」になる為、他の製品と見た目/操作感が揃う
- モダンで見栄えがする
悪い点
- 新Web UIはまだ「試験的実装」であり、「旧Web UIでしか実行できない操作」が多数、残っている模様
- 過渡期なので仕方がないと思うものの、「新旧Web UIを切り替えながら利用する」のはかなり面倒
- 変更がかなり大きい為、スクリーンショットを掲載していた従来の手順書が流用できず、新たに作り直す必要がある
